It is so wonderful to witness dedicated church members contribute to their community. There have been more than 3 occasions where our family (Charles N. Perkins) came to Gloster to bury our relatives. While the population of Gloster may have dropped, the mindset of this church is to serve their members. They came together with some very wonderful meals served in their dining area. I thank those loving people for their fellowship, their work and their service. My Mother, her parents and her siblings all attended Galilee many years ago. My precious Aunt Annie and Uncle Norman tell of the wonderful years they spent in attendance.
The church is also very old and beautiful. If visiting Gloster, Mississippi - go down main street and there you will see the church smiling at you.
